Mondelez’s Baddi manufacturing facility required a reliable and future-ready training and meeting space to support daily operations, capability-building programs, and regular collaboration with regional and global teams. The existing room was limiting productivity due to inconsistent audio performance and the absence of structured support for virtual meetings.

The objective was to transform the space into a high-dependability collaboration environment that could support training sessions and hybrid meetings with minimal user effort and consistent performance.

Play redesigned the room as a unified collaboration space with:
- Standardized virtual meeting workflows enabling quick and intuitive session start-up
- Hybrid wired and wireless presentation options to accommodate diverse devices
- Integrated audio and video systems optimized for speech clarity during training and reviews
- Enhanced microphone coverage to ensure consistent voice pickup across the room
Structural constraints were addressed through a custom-engineered mounting solution, ensuring safe and stable installation despite wall and display limitations. Close coordination with the client’s IT team ensured seamless network integration and dependable day-to-day operation.
