Project Overview
The Sri City facility required improvements to its meeting and collaboration spaces to support frequent internal discussions and coordination with regional and global teams. Smaller rooms, in particular, needed better reliability and ease of use to support quick meetings and hybrid interactions.
Design Intent
The objective was to ensure consistent performance and predictable user experience across small and medium meeting spaces.

Play implemented room-appropriate collaboration strategies with:
- Standardized presentation workflows across all meeting spaces
- Hybrid wired and wireless content-sharing options
- Improved audio pickup for discussion-focused meetings
- Display configurations aligned to room usage and layout
The design focused on delivering a consistent collaboration experience within compact rooms, ensuring reliability and ease of use despite spatial constraints. This allowed teams to conduct quick discussions and hybrid meetings without technical friction.
