Project Overview
Mondelez OIC operates as a high-density collaboration hub supporting leadership reviews, training programs, and large internal events across multiple floors. With a large number of active spaces, consistency and scalability were essential.
Design Intent
The objective was to establish a unified collaboration standard across all floors while maintaining flexibility for different room types and usage patterns.
Key priorities included:
- Consistent user experience across floors
- Simplified operation regardless of room size
- Scalability to support future growth
- Support for training and large-format events
Solution Approach
Play designed a scalable, experience-led AV framework with:
- Standardized collaboration workflows across diverse room types
- Room-specific configurations based on usage requirements
- Simplified interfaces to minimize learning curves
- Flexible infrastructure to support evolving operational needs
The framework was developed to maintain consistency across floors while accommodating different collaboration needs. This ensured long-term scalability without compromising ease of use or system reliability.
