Project Overview
Shemaroo Entertainment operates in a fast-paced media environment where frequent creative reviews, virtual collaboration, and real-time decision-making are central to daily operations. The existing meeting room setup was limiting productivity due to unreliable connectivity, inconsistent device performance, and poor audio clarity, leading to disruptions during critical discussions.
Design Intent
The goal was to create a stable, intuitive, and high-performing meeting environment that could support uninterrupted collaboration, improve communication quality, and simplify meeting workflows without adding operational complexity for users.
Solution Approach
Play modernized the Shahenshah meeting room with an experience-led collaboration setup focused on reliability and ease of use:
- Standardized wireless presentation to enable quick and cable-free content sharing
- Centralized conferencing system to ensure stable and consistent meeting performance
- High-quality camera integration to improve visual clarity for remote participants
- Replacement of the existing tabletop microphone to ensure consistent voice pickup across the room
- Clean system configuration designed to minimize user intervention during meetings
The deployment was executed efficiently with careful coordination, ensuring the room was upgraded without extended downtime or disruption to daily operations.
