TA Associates operates in a fast-paced corporate environment where daily collaboration, internal reviews, and client interactions depend heavily on video conferencing. As remote communication became integral to business operations, inconsistencies across meeting room setups resulted in uneven user experiences, variable audio-visual quality, and increased reliance on IT support.

To address this, TA Associates initiated a standardization initiative for video conferencing across small and medium meeting rooms. The goal was to deliver dependable, easy-to-use collaboration spaces that supported frequent meetings, enabled quick start-up, and ensured a consistent experience across all rooms, while remaining scalable for future growth.

Solution Approach

Play adopted a design-led, standardization-focused approach prioritizing usability, reliability, and operational efficiency. Rather than creating room-specific variations, the solution was built around a common AV architecture adapted for both small and medium meeting spaces.
