Project Overview
At Anand Rathi Financial Services’ Jogeshwari office, executive spaces were frequently used for leadership discussions, client interactions, and virtual meetings. The requirement was to enable reliable, high-quality video conferencing and BYOD collaboration across a cabin and a conference room, while keeping the user experience simple and intuitive for daily use.
Design Intent
The objective was to create a consistent, executive-friendly collaboration environment that supported multi-platform virtual meetings, ensured clear audio and video quality, and allowed users to start meetings quickly without technical complexity.
Solution Approach
Play implemented a standardized AV setup across both rooms focused on usability and clarity:
- Wireless presentation enabled for BYOD meetings using client-provided large displays
- All-in-one tabletop UC devices with built-in microphones, speakers, and touch control for simple meeting operation
- Full HD cameras positioned beneath displays for clear participant framing
- Expansion microphones added to enhance audio pickup during multi-person discussions
- Built-in wireless presentation capability leveraged within the UC systems
- Dedicated room PC deployed in the conference room to support multiple video conferencing platforms
The solution ensured predictable workflows and minimal dependency on IT support.
Outcome
The upgraded spaces now deliver a consistent, professional collaboration experience with faster meeting start-up, clear communication, and reliable performance. Executive users can conduct virtual meetings confidently across platforms, supporting efficient decision-making and daily operations.
