Project Overview
Kalakshetra Auditorium is being developed as one of Northeast India’s largest cultural and convention venues, intended to host large-scale performances, public events, and institutional gatherings. The project required an integrated system design spanning AV, IT, automation, broadcast infrastructure, and visitor management.
Design Intent
The objective was to design a unified, future-ready ecosystem capable of handling large audiences, complex event operations, and high-profile performances.

Solution Approach
Play developed a comprehensive integrated system design with:
- Scalable audio-visual architecture for large venues
- Broadcast-ready infrastructure for live event capture
- Centralized control and automation across systems
- Tailored solutions for public, VIP, and support spaces
The design prioritized coordination between multiple technical disciplines, enabling smooth execution of complex events. Operational efficiency and future readiness were built into the system from the outset.
Outcome
Once completed, Kalakshetra Auditorium will operate as a fully integrated, high-capacity venue, delivering immersive performance, efficient event workflows, and a seamless visitor experience at scale.
