Mondelez Induri – Training Room Modernization
Project Overview
At Mondelez’s Induri facility, the existing training room infrastructure was no longer aligned with the pace and scale of operations. Outdated presentation tools and limited AV capability were slowing down virtual meetings, trainings, and cross-functional collaboration.
Design Intent
The goal was to create a fast, flexible, and dependable communication environment capable of supporting frequent training sessions and global collaboration—without adding complexity for users.
Solution Approach
Play upgraded the room with a standardized collaboration setup focused on clarity and ease of use:
- One-touch virtual meeting access for faster session start-up
- Wireless presentation to allow presenters to move freely during training
- Retained wired connectivity to ensure universal device compatibility
- Integrated audio and video systems designed for clean installation and consistent speech clarity
- Additional microphones to support large-group discussions
Execution was carefully planned within a 24×7 operational facility, with installations coordinated around production schedules and safety protocols. The full deployment was completed within a controlled window, ensuring zero disruption to factory operations.
