Project Overview
Sri Padmavathi Educational Trust operates two active temple complexes that host daily rituals, religious sessions, and large gatherings. The requirement was to design and deploy a reliable audio system that ensured clear sound coverage across multiple halls and temple zones. The challenge was to deliver consistent audio clarity while maintaining centralized control and simple daily operation across both temples.
Design Intent
The objective was to create a dependable and easy-to-manage temple audio environment that supported rituals, announcements, and special events, ensured uniform sound distribution across different areas, and allowed seamless microphone usage without operational complexity.
Solution Approach
Play implemented a centralized and coverage-focused audio strategy:
- Distributed speaker systems were deployed across multiple halls to ensure even sound coverage during ceremonies
- Additional speakers were installed in extended areas of the Swami Temple to support larger gatherings
- A centralized AV and IT rack was positioned between both temples to manage amplification and signal distribution efficiently
- Wired connectivity was provisioned throughout both temples to ensure stable and reliable audio transmission
- Wireless microphones with a mixer were deployed, with mixed audio routed through amplifiers to all speaker zones
- Connectivity was provided to in-hall televisions to relay live temple events visually
The solution ensured predictable operation and consistent audio performance across both temple spaces.
Outcome
The upgraded audio system now delivers clear, uniform sound coverage for daily rituals and special events, improving audibility and engagement for devotees. Centralized control and reliable infrastructure have simplified operations, enabling the trust to manage temple activities efficiently while supporting large gatherings with confidence.
